Role Purpose
Ensure the consistent quality of marketing assets, web services, and product marketing data through manual testing, implementation of automated quality checks, and the use of AI-powered tools to minimize defects, improve user experience reliability, and ensure data accuracy for business decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Perform functional and regression testing of marketing assets, including landing pages, promotional pages, banners, email campaigns, and other user-facing content across different devices and browsers.

Validate the accuracy of product marketing analytics, including event tracking, conversion funnels, UTM parameters, and other tracking mechanisms.

Test marketing web services and integrations, including payment flows, subscriptions, CRM systems, email platforms, A/B testing tools, and related services.

Create and maintain automated checks for recurring QA tasks, such as landing page validation, tracking verification, link validation, pricing and user account checks, localization validation, and other repetitive test scenarios.

Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, create test data, validate content, analyze testing results, and optimize QA processes.

Coordinate the localization process for marketing materials and perform quality assurance of localized content.

Create and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.

Collect QA metrics, analyze testing results, and prepare reports for the Product Marketing Lead.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure high-quality product and marketing releases.

Partner with the Mobile Apps team to ensure a seamless and reliable user experience while minimizing the risk of data loss during cross-platform user journeys.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes by proposing new automation approaches and testing best practices.

Requirements:

Experience. 1–2+ years of experience in Manual QA, with hands-on experience testing web applications (frontend/backend), marketing websites, or web services.

Web Testing. Solid understanding of functional, regression, and cross-browser testing, with experience using browser DevTools and analyzing network requests.

Analytics & Tracking. Basic understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters) or the ability to quickly learn these tools.

Test Automation. Basic hands-on experience or a strong interest in test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks, preferably with JavaScript.

AI Literacy. Experience using two or more AI tools to create test scenarios, analyze testing results, and improve personal productivity.

QA Documentation. Experience creating test cases, checklists, and detailed bug reports.

Analytical Thinking. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify root causes and work effectively with data.

English. Intermediate level or higher.

Data Skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for analyzing testing results, maintaining checklists, and preparing basic reports.

Development Processes. Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
