About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter with extensive experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is adept at both creating stunning high-end residential interiors and managing architectural projects with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
Engage with clients to establish design objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with luxury standards.
Manage all phases of design and drafting from initial concept through to final completion.
Utilize advanced modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive space understanding.
Source materials within project and budget parameters and supervise installation to meet design specifications.
Address and resolve any client concerns post-installation.
Requirements
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and interior design.
B2+ level proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong aesthetic sense with a proven ability to create visually stunning interiors.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Desirable
Interior design certification and Lumion education.
Experience with architectural firms located in Florida.
Demonstrated expertise in Lumion with video samples of completed projects.
