What You’ll Do
At TubeScience, you’ll be the architect behind high-performance paid social campaigns, focusing on Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Your day-to-day will involve:
Driving Strategy: You’ll design, implement, and refine media buying strategies to maximize ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Campaign Mastery: Build, launch, and fine-tune campaigns that perform like rockstars—managing bids, optimizing performance, and achieving stellar ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Decoding Data: Analyze campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights, guiding decisions that make a measurable impact.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to create data-driven solutions that unlock growth potential.
Budget Whispering: Efficiently allocate ad budgets, ensuring every dollar spent moves the needle.

You’re a trusted expert in Meta media buying, confidently navigating platforms and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re passionate about paid social, love diving into data, and thrive on results, you might be our perfect match. Here’s what you’ll bring:
Must-Haves:
3+ years in digital advertising, with experience in direct response marketing.
Exceptional quantitative reasoning and a love for data analysis—think Excel wizardry.
Proven track record managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month).
Strong attention to detail and organizational superpowers.
Stellar communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours a must!
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools.
Multi-platform expertise (Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest).
Experience working alongside creatives or crafting social media content yourself.
