About the role

We are a dynamic AI start-up based in the heart of Munich, setting the global standard for AI Coaching. While most AI companies are working on replacing human labor, we are unlocking the uniquely human strengths that drive lasting business outcomes for our enterprise clients. Our in-house AI technology helps sales and service teams at global enterprises earn trust and win deals through realistic client simulations and deep behavioral feedback. Join our international team that is not just building a human-centric product, but redefining customer relationships.

About the role (Munich-based, German speaking): You are the tip of the spear for our enterprise motion in DACH. Paired one to one with a Senior Account Executive, you own the top of the funnel. You research target accounts, reach the right people through cold calls, email and LinkedIn, and open conversations with senior commercial buyers in Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence. This is a dedicated pod, not a shared pool. You feed a proven closer, learn enterprise selling from the inside, and grow into an Account Executive yourself.

Tasks

Generating qualified pipeline through proactive, multi-channel outbound: cold calls, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn, into your target accounts

Researching accounts and buying centers, and identifying the right senior stakeholders in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, and Service Ownership

Running crisp first conversations that qualify need and book meetings your paired Account Executive accepts

Working hand in hand with one senior Account Executive in a dedicated 1:1 pod: shared account plans, daily coordination, joint territory strategy

Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) clean and disciplined, so pipeline, activities, and handoffs stay reliable

Testing and improving messaging, sequences, and target lists together with marketing and your AE

Using Retorio's own platform to sharpen your outbound and discovery skills, and to know the product you sell from the inside

Requirements

2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally into enterprise

A track record of consistently hitting or beating pipeline and meeting targets, with real numbers you can speak to

Strong on cold outbound: you can open a cold call, steer the conversation, and handle objections without a script

Business-fluent German (C1+) and English, the role is Munich-based and sells into the DACH market

Coachable, self-driven, and resilient: you seek feedback, act on it, and stay in the game through rejection

A clear ambition to grow into an Account Executive (see the path below)

Comfortable with modern outbound tooling: CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment

Bonus: experience selling into Pharma, Telco, FMCG, Insurance, Automotive, or Retail, or into sales enablement, coaching, or L&D-adjacent buyers

Benefits

From the preset toggles, enable: Above-average compensation, Flexible working hours, and High-performance culture. As custom entries:

Uncapped commission with a competitive OTE: your earnings scale with the pipeline and the deals you help create

A clear path to Account Executive: this role is built as a launchpad, with a realistic move to AE in 18 to 24 months, and faster for a standout performer

A dedicated 1:1 partnership with a senior Account Executive who coaches you every week, not a shared BDR pool

Six-figure enterprise deals and reference clients across pharma, insurance, telecom, FMCG, retail and automotive

Direct access to the founders and real influence on how we sell

A product with a genuine scientific moat, built on the Warmth and Competence framework from TU Munich research, that you also use to get better yourself

A central Munich office with an international team

If you want to break into enterprise sales the right way, learning from a senior closer while building the pipeline that wins six-figure deals, send us your CV and a short note on the best cold call or outbound sequence you have run. You will hear back within a week, and the process is fast: intro call and deep dive with your future AE partner, a practical case that includes a live cold-call exercise and a conversation with a founder.
