Responsibilities:
Analyze cybersecurity and security operations processes.
Gather requirements related to vulnerability response, incident response, and security workflows.
Work closely with security teams and technical stakeholders.
Translate business needs into ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
Participate in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps.
Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent German (C1) and English.
EU-based location.
