UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work on our hit game ‘Idle Bank Tycoon’.
You will be part of our IBT Team, contributing to a game with over 60 million downloads. In this role, you will design screens, flows, and prototypes, conduct playtests, and refine user-centric designs. Working in an agile, fast-paced environment, you’ll help identify and develop future features by gaining a deep understanding of our player needs and motivations. By leveraging data, player insights, and F2P expertise, you’ll ensure the game remains intuitive, visually polished, and highly engaging - always keeping the player experience at the heart of every decision.

Responsibilities

Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to enhance player experiences

Create concepts, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for existing and new features

Design and maintain UI Assets, icons, interactive elements, and UI/UX documentation

Use player feedback, data, and usability testing to refine designs 

Proactively propose and evaluate design improvements with product impact in mind.

Be an active contributor in improving design team processes

Conduct surveys and research, translating player insights into design actions

Organize UI layouts and content hierarchies for usability, consistency, and navigation

Required skills

Prior experience in the gaming industry

Experience in interface design and user flows, showcased by your portfolio

Good understanding of design and perception principles 

Strong visual design skills, capable of creating low and high fidelity mockups 

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools

Skilled in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and conducting user tests

Excellent communication and experience working in a fast-paced environment

Actively plays mobile games and keeps up with industry trends

Player-centric mindset

Desirable skills

Basic knowledge of game design, human psychology, and behavioral science.

Experience in organizing and conducting usability tests and player research

Experience in creating and implementing UI assets and animations in Unity.
