About the role

How you’ll help us host with heart: You will contribute to building internal AI tooling and processes used by in-house teams, with the opportunity to also contribute directly to the guest experience.
Our teams are organised along the customer journey, with each team owning its area end-to-end. We work cross-functionally and use pragmatic, lightweight agile (stand-ups, planning, retros), plus best practices like RFCs and regular knowledge sharing.

As a candidate, you must be:
currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related technical Master’s degree

able to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester

And you are a great fit if you:
Care about the impact of your work. You are an outcome oriented thinker that wants to own problem solving from start to finish and you are curious to learn more about the “why” behind a task.

Have experience with setting up and using AI tooling, including Agentic Workflows, MCPs, Eval/Spec Driven Development, and similar techniques and technologies

Have solid programming fundamentals (data structures, debugging, Git) and familiarity with testing practices.

Previous experience working on developer-enablement teams and projects (creating tooling for other developers)

Have experience with Python and/or TypeScript, including university, professional, or open-source projects.

We're designed to stay because:
Onboarding and Feedback: We make sure that you’ll have a smooth start through our well thought-out onboarding process. Develop yourself through constant feedback and peer reviews.

Oneteam: A transparent company culture with team stand-ups, regular all-hands, suite company events (Summer, Wiesn).

Everything for our limehomies: Up to 24 paid vacation days in a year, discounts at Urban Sports Club, support with mental health (Nilo.health), staycations in one of our suite Limehomes, and many more benefits.

Competitive Salary: live comfortably in Munich or Berlin, or even remote in Germany as a working student with our salary of €25 per hour

Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We know confidence gaps and impostor syndrome can hold back incredible candidates – and we don’t want that to stop us from meeting you. We want people to feel comfortable bringing their full selves, and to come, stay, and do their best work here – not just people who check every box.

About Digital Experience (Product, Design & Engineering): We’re a team of people from all over the world, working hybrid from Munich and Berlin (and remotely in special cases). We believe in self-organising teams with end-to-end ownership and a strong focus on guest experience.

We invest heavily in growth, with a limitless learning budget and plenty of ways to learn from each other, from pairing to regular tech talks. We value impact, continuous improvement, and learning from what doesn’t work. Within we’re 30 people across 7 teams. Our infrastructure runs on AWS and is orchestrated with CDK. Our core languages are TypeScript and Python, combined with modern low-code tools and AI-powered automations so we spend our time where it counts.
