About the role

We are seeking a reliable, professional bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support a busy orthopedic surgery practice specializing in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault patients.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.
Interpreting conversations between physicians, staff, and Spanish-speaking patients.
Assisting with appointment scheduling and basic patient inquiries.
Helping patients complete forms and understand office instructions.
Providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in both spoken English and Spanish.
Excellent telephone communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Experience with medical terminology, orthopedic practices, Workers’ Compensation, or No-Fault cases is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day.
