Aufgaben

Du unterstützt uns bei der Organisation und Optimierung grundlegender Prozesse. Zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem der Support in HR- und Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie die aktive Mitwirkung an der Analyse und Verbesserung unserer internen Abläufe.

Qualifikation

Was Du dafür mitbringen solltest:

Begonnenes Studium der BWL oder Vergleichbares

Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools (z.B. ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n)

Starkes analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und datenbasiertem Arbeiten
