Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Amazon FBA Manager to take full ownership of an existing Amazon store and drive its relaunch and growth. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for product selection, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory planning, and overall store performance.
You’ll operate as the primary owner of the Amazon channel—setting strategy, executing launches, and scaling revenue with strong margins.
Key Responsibilities

Own Amazon store growth strategy, including product selection and launch roadmap

Research and source profitable products; negotiate with suppliers and manage landed costs

Create and optimize listings (keywords, positioning, images, A+ content guidance)

Manage FBA operations, inventory forecasting, and replenishment planning

Monitor and improve performance metrics (sales, contribution margin, pricing, inventory health)

Coordinate with freelancers or partners for creatives, ads, and operational support

Build scalable processes to support long-term growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience with direct ownership of products and P&L

Proven track record of launching and scaling physical products on Amazon

Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation experience (domestic or overseas)

Solid understanding of Amazon listing optimization, SEO, and conversion strategy

Experience managing FBA inventory planning and fulfillment operations

Ability to operate independently with high accountability and minimal oversight

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Home & Garden, Tools, Electronics, or similar physical product categories

Experience relaunching or revitalizing underperforming Amazon stores

Familiarity with Amazon Ads (PPC) management or performance oversight

Prior experience mentoring junior team members or contractors

Tools & Technology

Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM)

Product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar)

Basic financial modeling (COGS, landed cost, contribution margin, inventory turns)

Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana or similar collaboration tools

Please NOTE
