Requirements

Availability 4 hours per day in the US time zone (for example 11 AM-3 PM Eastern Time - New York Time, to be confirmed
Availability for 2-4 additional hours per day if needed (to be paid additionally)
At least 2 year experience in web publishing type of work (building pages in a Content Management System)
English language at a level of C1 or higher
Time management and prioritization skills
Previous work with project managers and knowledge of the project/task flow
Experience with ticketing tools
Experience with Figma designs as a base of intended page/site layouts
HTML & CSS basic knowledge
Clear communication skills
Previous work with pharmaceutical companies is a plus
Drupal knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish web pages in line with design specifications and project requirements.
Implement website updates with accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design handoff to approvals and final publication.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders via the ticketing system, ensuring clear and timely updates on assigned tasks.
Participate in ad hoc project meetings or catch-up calls when required.
Respond quickly to feedback and implement changes during the approval process to keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules.
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure all published content complies with established guidelines and best practices.
