About the role

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Copilot / Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and enhance AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. This role focuses on building intelligent copilots, integrating enterprise data and systems, and enabling business users through secure, scalable AI-powered experiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, and customize solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

Develop copilots using Copilot Studio topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI features

Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems

Build and configure Power Automate flows to support Copilot actions

Develop and consume REST APIs and connectors to extend Copilot capabilities

Apply prompt engineering best practices to ensure accurate, relevant, and safe AI responses

Implement security, access controls, and governance aligned with enterprise standards

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases

Test, debug, and optimize Copilot performance and user experience

Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Experience with API integration and data connectors

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems

Familiarity with conversational AI design and prompt engineering

Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance concepts
