About the role

As a Brand Marketing Manager (all genders), you are responsible for developing, managing, and executing creative, cross-media brand marketing strategies and campaigns for a variety of brands in the Netherlands. You help our clients take their brands to the next level by combining strategic thinking with a sharp eye for trends, inspiring and engaging diverse target audiences.

You are a source of ideas, a strategic advisor, and a hands-on executor all in one. You excel at developing and delivering 360° marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, always with the goal of making brands more visible, relevant, and successful. You also know how to present your concepts, strategies, and results in a compelling and persuasive way.

Please note that this job requires native-level Dutch and is based in Berlin or Amsterdam, with regular travel between both offices.

Tasks

Developing brand concepts, brand strategies, and positioning for our clients.

Planning and managing integrated 360° campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, newsletters, content, and paid media.

Creating and executing content and social media strategies that align with the brand and its target audience.

Coordinating and managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.

Developing and expanding newsletter and CRM marketing concepts.

Analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.

Preparing and presenting concepts, campaign strategies, and performance reports during client presentations.

Collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing and Data teams.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing.

A strong understanding of digital brands, content trends, and storytelling.

Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing, influencer management, email marketing, and content marketing.

A creative mindset with an excellent feel for target audiences, trends, and storytelling.

An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

Strong presentation and communication skills, both online and offline.

Dutch native speaker, fluent in English. German is an advantage.
