Job Title: Copy Editor

*30 hours/week

*6 month contract with likely extensions
Overview:

Join a dynamic content development team as a Copy Editor, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of test item content. This part-time role is pivotal in supporting product maintenance and new production, contributing to high standards of content delivery. If you are detail-oriented with a passion for precision and excellence, this position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact in educational content.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a copy editor, preferably in educational or exam content
Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style guides
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with standardized testing or assessment development
Familiarity with content management systems and editing tools
Prior experience working on certification or exam content
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field
2+ years of editing experience in a professional environment
Other Requirements:
Part-time commitment of up to 30 hours per week
Comfortable working remotely or on-site as required
Ability to produce a high volume of content reliably within project timelines
