L’opportunité
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) expert(e) Power Platform, pour joindre notre équipe de haut niveau, passionnée par l’innovation et par des mandats stimulants, dans un environnement qui favorise autant le développement professionnel que l’épanouissement personnel.
À titre d’expert(e), tu participeras à la conception et au développement de solutions d'affaires modernes basées sur Microsoft Power Platform. Tu transformeras les besoins d'affaires de nos clients en applications performantes et conviviales, en prenant en charge l'ensemble du cycle de vie des solutions.
Concrètement, tu auras comme principales responsabilités :
Analyser les besoins d'affaires des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées sur Power Platform;
Concevoir et développer des applications Canvas et Model-Driven avec Power Apps, incluant l'implémentation fidèle à partir de maquettes UI (Figma ou équivalent);
Développer des composants réutilisables et maintenir une librairie de composants Canvas;
Maîtriser Power Fx pour implémenter des logiques d'affaires complexes;
Développer des flux d'automatisation avancés avec Power Automate, incluant les connecteurs HTTP et custom;
Modéliser et gérer les données dans Dataverse : tables, relations, colonnes calculées et sécurité par rôles;
Intégrer les solutions Power Platform à des systèmes d'entreprise tels que Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server et des API REST;
Effectuer les tests, gérer les environnements et assurer la mise en production via les pipelines ALM Power Platform;
Produire la documentation technique et fonctionnelle;
Accompagner les clients dans l'adoption des solutions et assurer le soutien post-déploiement;
Contribuer au partage des connaissances et à l'amélioration continue des pratiques internes.
Profil recherché
Pour exceller dans le rôle tu dois posséder:
Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
Une excellente maîtrise de Power Apps Canvas et Model-Driven, incluant Power Fx et les composants réutilisables;
Une maîtrise avancée de Dataverse : modélisation, sécurité par rôles, colonnes calculées;
Une solide expérience avec Power Automate, incluant les connecteurs custom et les appels HTTP;
La capacité à lire et implémenter des maquettes UI avec fidélité;
Une bonne maîtrise de SQL et des intégrations avec des systèmes tels que Business Central, SharePoint et des API REST;
D'excellentes aptitudes de communication en français; l'anglais fonctionnel est un atout;
De l'autonomie, de la rigueur, un esprit de collaboration et un grand souci du détail;
Une forte orientation résultats et un sens développé du service client.

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Power Platform Expert to join our high-performing team, passionate about innovation and challenging projects, in an environment that promotes both professional growth and personal fulfillment.
As a Power Platform Expert, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will transform our clients' business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly applications while taking ownership of the entire solution lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Analyze clients' business needs and recommend appropriate Power Platform solutions;

Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps, including pixel-perfect implementation based on UI mockups (Figma or equivalent);

Develop reusable components and maintain a Canvas component library;

Leverage Power Fx to implement complex business logic;

Build advanced automation workflows with Power Automate, including HTTP and custom connectors;

Model and manage data in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, calculated columns, and role-based security;

Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs;

Perform testing, manage environments, and oversee deployments using Power Platform ALM pipelines;

Produce technical and functional documentation;

Support clients throughout solution adoption and provide post-deployment assistance;

Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of internal practices.

Required profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;

Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including Power Fx and reusable components;

Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, role-based security, and calculated columns;

Solid experience with Power Automate, including custom connectors and HTTP requests;

The ability to accurately interpret and implement UI designs from Figma or similar design tools;

Good knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, and REST APIs;

Excellent communication skills in French; functional English is considered an asset;

A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and a collaborative mindset;

A strong results-oriented approach and a customer-focused attitude.
