About the role

Wir betreuen ein JavaScript-Tool, das aus modellierten Geschäftsprozessen automatisch Auswertungen erzeugt — zum Beispiel, wie viel Arbeitszeit ein Prozess kostet und wie viele Mitarbeiter dafür nötig sind.

Das Tool ist über Jahre gewachsen und wird laufend erweitert. Dafür suchen wir Verstärkung.

Aufgaben

Neue Funktionen in JavaScript umsetzen

Fehler suchen und beheben

Berechnungslogik anpassen, wenn sich fachliche Vorgaben ändern

Auswertungen erweitern und verbessern

Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereich

Ergebnisse regelmäßig dem Kunden vorstellen — remote per MS Teams

Qualifikation

Gute JavaScript-Kenntnisse

Spaß daran, dich in bestehenden Code einzuarbeiten

Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise — die Ergebnisse fließen in echte Personalplanung ein

Sicheres Auftreten in Kundenterminen — du kannst deine Ergebnisse remote per Teams verständlich präsentieren, auch gegenüber Nicht-Technikern

Deutsch mind. C1 in Wort und Schrift (das Projekt läuft komplett auf Deutsch)

Schön, aber kein Muss

Erfahrung mit älterem JavaScript (ohne Frameworks)

Erfahrung mit der ARIS REST API

Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessmodellierung
