About the role

About the Role
We're a fast-growing, seed-stage European AI SaaS startup building AI-powered phone assistant technology for SMBs. Our platform automates inbound call handling — from lead qualification and appointment booking to customer service and order processing — and we're expanding aggressively into English-speaking markets.
As our Sales Development Representative (English-Speaking), you'll own the entire English-language top-of-funnel: qualifying inbound leads, running multi-channel outbound outreach, and handing off warm demos to Account Executives. This is a high-ownership, metrics-driven role with a clear and fast path to AE for top performers.
What You'll Do

Own the English-speaking top-of-funnel from first contact through to qualified demo handoff.

Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.

Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Build and iterate on outreach sequences — form hypotheses, A/B test, measure results, and improve continuously.

Shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Support new customer onboarding and ensure smooth transitions to Account Executives.

Operate with end-to-end ownership and receive direct feedback to accelerate your development.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:

Native or C2-level English proficiency.

1+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, top-of-funnel activities, and delivering qualified opportunities.

Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1–2 months to immerse in company culture (relocation support provided).

Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and hand off demos to Account Executives.

Experience running multi-channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and optimising outreach sequences.

Track record of documenting and testing sales hypotheses to improve sequence performance.

Experience supporting new customer onboarding and initial adoption.

Nice-to-haves:

Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and fast-paced startup environments.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tooling.

Naturally competitive, target-driven, and motivated by uncapped commission potential.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year (plus uncapped commission)

Clear, fast-track promotion path to Account Executive for top performers

Direct mentorship and rapid feedback loops in a small, high-ownership team

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This is an on-site role based in London, England, UK. Candidates must also be willing to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria (approximately 1–2 months) at the start of employment to onboard and absorb company culture.
