About the role

About Buena
Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate – from finding and financing to buying and managing – as seamless and transparent as possible. We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies. In under two years and with fewer than 25 people at HQ, we've already become Germany's second-largest property manager. The next trillion dollar company in real estate won't sell software. It will run the industry.
About the role
We're hiring an Outbound Sales Agent to drive the front end of our M&A engine. Every property manager in Germany is a potential acquisition target. Your job is to find them, reach them, and start the conversation that puts them on our radar.
You'll spend most of your day on the phone, calling owners and decision-makers, and the rest of it building the lists and campaigns that make those calls work. You'll be in the office, working closely with our CCO team.
Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling: 80–90% of your time is outbound: primarily calls to owners and decision-makers of property management companies across Germany.

Build and maintain target lists. You'll research, enrich, and structure data on companies, decision-makers, and contact details.

Run structured outbound campaigns. Phone first, then email and LinkedIn. You'll execute the playbook and bring back what's working.

Identify decision-makers and open the door. You're starting the conversations that lead to a deal ultimately.

You may be a good fit if you
Are currently enrolled as a student in a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months.

You speak native German

You're comfortable spending most of your day on the phone.

Are structured and obsessive about details.

Can work independently.

You have tech affinity. With CRMs, tools, and data handling, you learn fast, and you don't need hand-holding.

You're based in Berlin and ready to work from our office in Prenzlauer Berg.

Strong signal: First experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or any similar role where you've had to pick up the phone and talk to strangers with intent.

Your Benefits
€110/month lunch budget, €50 fitness subsidy.

€1,200 yearly education budget.

Free books: Buena pays for any book you'd like to read.

A real seat in a high-growth company — you'll see how M&A actually works from the inside.

Why you should apply now
We're high-growth with a small, tight-knit team: Within the past 3 years we have become Germany's second-largest property manager with around 20 full-time employees.

We're meritocratic: Your impact gets rewarded, quickly. Our CEO has been a Junior Product Manager 3 years ago, our COO has been Chief of Staff 2 years ago.

We're personal: We work from our office in Prenzlauer Berg and place high value on knowing each other well.

We care about outcomes: Homeownership rates in Germany are far below European average. We're here to enable wealth creation for everyone.
