Who We Are:
We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, feedback evaluations, and process improvements.

Employee Development & Culture
Develop and implement training and development programs to foster sustainable growth among team members.

Actively shape a positive corporate culture by promoting team-building activities, a strong feedback culture, and high employee satisfaction.

Act as the central point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related and labor-law issues.

Develop HR guidelines and processes (e.g., vacation policies, working time models, compensation and bonus structures).

Strategic Expansion of the HR Function
Gradually build an HR team, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing new colleagues.

Collaborate closely with management and other departments to devise a future-oriented people strategy.

Motivation to shape and scale the HR function strategically.

Enthusiasm for working in a tech-driven environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
