About the role

We’re looking for a Mobile Software Engineer (SDK) to join our SDK team! You will be responsible for building the justtrack SDK across all our mobile and web platforms, with the focus on iOS. You will work in a highly technical team alongside other engineers and a Tech Lead to build a marketing and analytics SDK. You will contribute to the company’s success at one of the key client-facing frontiers of our software, ensuring that your solutions are efficient, easy to use for external developers, and provide a best-in-class developer experience.
At justtrack, we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers with an attractive toolset to manage their entire global growth marketing process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes, justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights. As part of the Applike Group (financially backed by media powerhouse Bertelsmann), justtrack has access to industry experts and funding with a long-term growth mindset.

What you will do:
Write Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices, leveraging AI assistance to maximize efficiency.

Plan & Deliver: Efficiently plan, estimate, and track your work while maintaining our automation and CI/CD pipelines to seamlessly ship the SDK to production

Think in Systems: Understand how the SDK interacts with other parts of our ecosystem, such as the backend, ensuring solutions are efficient and robust.

Document & Communicate: Write clear, concise documentation for the SDK and our open-source projects, and collaborate closely with team members to deliver optimal solutions quickly.

Client Support: Help external developers with SDK integration, identify potential areas for improvement, and implement them to ensure a best-in-class developer experience.

Business Mindset: Understand the fundamentals of our business and how they influence our technology choices, priorities, and product roadmap.

Who you are:
Experience: You have 3+ years of experience building software, preferably in the mobile domain (Native Android/iOS or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Unity).

Programming Skills: Solid knowledge of one or more of the primary languages we use: Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go.

Automation Experience: Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Tools: You know your way around your favorite IDE, DBMS, AI tools, and HTTP clients.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with the terminal, understanding networking basics, and effectively leveraging AI tools to learn and improve code when needed.

Mindset: You move fast, are eager to learn, and have a strong business mindset. You are pragmatic yet precise, avoid overcomplicating things, and are ready to regularly explore new technologies, including greenfield projects.

Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions
Invest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.
