The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our Growth team in Europe and help millions more people discover, try, and adopt Superhuman’s suite of products.
Growth at Superhuman is a product discipline. You’ll own key parts of the user journey—from first visit through signup, activation, and long-term engagement—and you’ll move growth metrics by shipping experiments, optimizing funnels/loops, and building product experiences that help users find value faster. You’ll work with a dedicated engineering team in the EU and collaborate closely with design, data science, and marketing to turn insights into impact.
This is a role for someone who is energized by experimentation, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel—from visitor to signup, signup to activated user, and activated to fully engaged user

Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research, then prioritize based on expected impact

Design and run a rigorous experimentation program: form hypotheses, define success metrics, ship tests, analyze results, and iterate

Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences to accelerate time-to-value for new users

Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features at a high cadence

Partner with data science to build dashboards, define growth metrics, and develop a deep understanding of user behavior across the funnel

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align growth initiatives with broader product and business goals

Share learnings and build institutional knowledge around what works, contributing to a strong experimentation culture across the organization

Qualifications
Has 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS product

Track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation—can point to specific results from tests they designed and shipped

Strong analytical capabilities: comfortable working with large datasets, building analyses, and using data to inform product decisions. Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language is an advantage

Deep understanding of the user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels—knows how to diagnose drop-offs, form hypotheses, and validate solutions

Experience running a structured experimentation program, including A/B testing, and iterative learning

Effective collaborator who builds trust with engineering, design, data science, and marketing partners

Clear and concise communicator who can articulate strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities—can structure problems independently and move forward without waiting for perfect information

Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Based in Berlin or another EU location supported by Superhuman, with willingness to travel occasionally for team off-sites and collaboration

Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
