Technical Sales Support – Shenzhen-based
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Support to join our team in China. You will be responsible, together with the sales team, for winning new customers, managing our existing ones, and developing our business with semiconductor companies (SoCs), ODMs, and design houses (IDH). You will work closely with the headquarters in Europe and other team members to win and develop business with the biggest brands and players in the industry.
This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China
Tasks

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences

Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors

Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions

Travel within Guangdong province (including Zhuhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, etc.) and occasionally to other locations nationally and internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Manage ODM and IDH data in CRM systems, develop and maintain ODM partnerships, and act as a liaison between Western brand customers and Eastern supply chain partners

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, project management, or international sales

Experience in the consumer electronics industry is required; a background with ODMs or IDHs is preferred

Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware/software technologies, or manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English
