Job Title: Chinese Voice Coach

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels.

Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions, ensuring each participant achieves their unique communication goals.

Assess learners’ speech patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement.

Design engaging lesson materials and exercises, utilizing both written and verbal communication methods.

Utilize digital platforms to deliver training remotely, maintaining a motivating and interactive environment.

Track progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and maximize learning outcomes.

Collaborate with the customer’s team to continually refine voice coaching methodologies and share insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.

Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop these abilities.

Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.

Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple clients or sessions effectively.

Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in performing arts, linguistics, or speech therapy.

Experience working with international or multicultural teams.

Certification in Chinese language instruction or voice training.
