OutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based residential builder to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to support their sales pipeline.
This role requires direct experience generating and qualifying leads for NSW residential builders or construction-related businesses.
You must understand NSW residential build pathways, approval timelines, and homeowner decision-making processes.
Proven NSW building / construction lead generation experience is ESSENTIAL.
About the Role
You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and booking high-intent homeowner and developer leads into the builders calendar. It requires strong familiarity with NSW residential construction terminology and client qualification workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Generate new leads via:

Outbound calling

Email outreach

Online enquiries and databases

Builder-provided lead sources

Target:

NSW homeowners

Investors

Landowners

Small developers

Lead Qualification

Qualify leads based on:

NSW location

Build type (new home, duplex, townhouse, small development)

Budget range and funding readiness

Land status (owned, under contract, searching)

Build timeframe and approval awareness

Ask structured qualification questions aligned with NSW residential workflows

Disqualify early-stage or non-serious enquiries

Appointment Setting

Book qualified appointments (phone, video, face-to-face where applicable)

Confirm and follow up appointments to maximise show-up rates

Ensure all appointments are properly qualified and documented

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records including:

Call notes

Qualification status

Appointment outcomes

Provide daily and weekly activity reports:

Calls made

Leads qualified

Appointments booked and attended

Mandatory Requirements

Proven lead generation or appointment setting experience within the NSW building or construction industry (ESSENTIAL)

Experience generating leads for:

NSW residential builders

Construction or development services

Strong understanding of:

NSW residential build processes

Client decision timelines

Builder sales workflows

Confident and professional phone manner

Excellent spoken and written English

Ability to handle objections and qualify firmly but respectfully

Strong CRM discipline and follow-up skills

Highly Regarded

Experience targeting regional NSW markets

Exposure to owner-builders and developers

Familiarity with NSW construction terminology

Previous remote/offshore role supporting Australian construction businesses

Ability to work to clear activity-based KPIs
