Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for diverse learners.

Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients’ verbal and written communication skills.

Evaluate individual needs and progress, adapting methods to achieve optimal results.

Provide actionable feedback to boost clients’ confidence and communication clarity.

Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to develop innovative coaching materials and resources.

Stay current on best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.

Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learners’ progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in French with a deep understanding of its phonetics and culture.

Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and empathy.

Ability to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential.

Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote work setting.

Comfort with using digital tools for virtual coaching and resource sharing.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.

Experience working with multicultural and international teams.

Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.
