About the role

As an Execution Intern, you will collaborate with the commercial and execution leadership team for the Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit (EME OU), supporting one of the most dynamic and high-potential territories of The Coca-Cola Company. This is a unique opportunity for you to help shape executional excellence and route-to-market strategies across 25 developing countries, contributing directly to topline growth and driving weekly+ consumer engagement and recruitment at scale.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about developing skills in commercial execution, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence, while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on one of the world's leading beverages portfolios.

Scope: Eurasia and Middle East

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Execution Strategy Development: Assist in shaping long-term executional capabilities for the OU, including critical areas like PICOS, RED, CDE Management, Digital RTM, and more.
Track Execution Performance: Analyze and monitor in-market execution KPIs (e.g., availability, visibility, on-time execution) to identify gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
Support Commercial Governance: Help strengthen executional governance processes by collaborating with all key stakeholders to track the implementation of strategic priorities.
Capability Building: Assist in the development of critical execution playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits to drive continuous improvements in operational effectiveness.
Assist Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the EME OU and bottling partner teams to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives, execution priorities and projects.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for young professionals with the following background:

Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year or 4th year undergraduate student, with a planned graduation in 2026 H2 or 2027 (fields may include Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or similar disciplines).
Minimum 3 days work from the office is a required.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Interest in business analytics and tracking operational KPIs such as performance metrics or sales effectiveness indicators.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, with effective interpersonal skills to interact with diverse partners.
Proactive and well-organized, with a focus on delivering results and solving problems in a structured manner.
Adaptable and eager to learn, with a strong interest in driving change through agile execution strategies.

Desirable: Prior internship experience in FMCG, sales operations, retail, or management consulting is a plus (but not mandatory).

Commercial Strategy Alignment: Understand how execution underpins topline growth, consumer recruitment, and market share gains.
