This dispatch position works in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and requires excellent customer service skills, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
This position is Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time
Communicate with customers, quote rates, and provide up to date information regarding loads.
Coordinate loading and unloading arrangements with drivers and customers.
Input orders efficiently and accurately – attention to detail is crucial.
Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers
Vet new carrier partners; Review FMCSA ratings, confirm insurance
Monitor driver progress from pick up to delivery
Dispatch freight daily by phone and operating systems
Willing to work weekends as needed (currently this is very rare)

Salary – DOE
