About the role

Location: Remote (Targeting LATAM, Europe, South Africa, or similar international regions)

Working Hours: US Business Hours (Flexible within EST and PST shifts)

Type: Paid Internship transitioning into a Long-Term Full-Time Partnership (Independent Contractor)

Ideal Background: Recent Graduates or Career Switchers with a background in Fashion, Apparel, Design, or Business Administration looking for a role in sales.

About THE/STUDIO
THE/STUDIO is a fast-growing, SaaS-enabled custom manufacturing marketplace that is completely revolutionizing the physical supply chain. We eliminate the traditional friction of manufacturing: sourcing, pricing opacity, and factory management, by giving brands a centralized, digital dashboard to design, prototype, and manufacture custom products at scale.
We don't just sell items; we act as the operational engine for thousands of clothing lines, cosmetics brands, and promotional agencies across the United States.
The Opportunity: The Runway to Your Sales Career
Are you a recent graduate or a career changer with a deep passion for the fashion industry or business operations, but you lack formal corporate sales experience?
We don't expect you to have a decade of cold-calling under your belt. We are looking for high-potential, visually expressive, and business-minded individuals who want to master the art of Consultative Inbound Sales and Global Supply Chain Management.
This is not a "coffee-fetching" internship. From Day 1, you will be enrolled in an intensive, practical training academy. If you perform well during this internship phase, you will immediately transition into a permanent, full-time Inside Sales Representative (Creative Specialist) with a highly competitive base salary and uncapped commission incentives.
What You Will Learn & Own During Your Internship
🎓 Supply Chain & Product Mastery

Learn the mechanics of global apparel and product manufacturing (fabrics, material limits, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and sample prototype cycles).

Master our custom platform dashboard, learning how we source and match US client designs with heavily vetted international factories.

🎙️Inbound Consultative Sales Training

Shadow our top-performing Inside Sales Reps to learn how to manage and convert a fast-moving stream of inbound creative leads.

Transition from basic customer service to highly consultative value-positioning: guiding US fashion founders, agency directors, and brand managers through their manufacturing options.

Learn pipeline hygiene using tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive, ensuring every incoming design brief is qualified, tracked, and nurtured toward a successful production order.

Who You Are (The Ideal Profile)

The Background: You hold a recent degree or have core experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a highly related field.

The Communicator: Your spoken and written English is flawless, natural, and energetic. You are comfortable jumping on high-velocity video and phone calls with US-based business owners.

The Commercial Spark: You don't want a passive desk job. You are highly motivated by performance, love hitting targets, and want a long-term commercial career where your income scales with your output.

The Setup: You have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, a strong computer setup, and are fully available to work stable US business hours (EST/PST).

What We Offer

World-Class Training: Direct mentorship from our senior leadership team, teaching you highly valuable tech-sales and supply chain frameworks.

Guaranteed Career Path: A structured milestone gate that transitions you directly from a paid intern to a full-time, quota-carrying Inside Sales Representative.

Global Culture: Work with a highly collaborative, completely remote international team that operates with radical candor and zero corporate politics.

A Real Impact: Help independent creators and established brands bring their physical product dreams to life.
