We're looking for a freelance Growth Marketer to help us grow our customer base through continuous experimentation and execution.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys testing ideas, learning from data, and figuring out what actually drives customer acquisition. You'll work closely with the founder to develop and validate marketing strategies across different channels.
Rather than owning a single marketing function, you'll help improve the entire growth funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition and activation.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments across different channels.
Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and customer acquisition.
Create or coordinate marketing content for social media, blogs, email, landing pages, and other channels.
Work with designers, developers, and other freelancers when needed.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and marketing funnels.
Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Help define messaging and positioning based on customer feedback.
Maintain a structured backlog of marketing ideas and experiments.
Provide regular reports on progress, learnings, and recommendations.
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across multiple channels.
Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions.
Able to work independently and prioritize initiatives with minimal supervision.
Excellent written communication skills.
Curious, analytical, and willing to challenge assumptions.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities may change.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing SaaS products.
Experience working with B2B or service businesses.
SEO knowledge.
Paid advertising experience.
Email marketing and marketing automation experience.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research.
Basic understanding of product management or UX.

Working Arrangement
Remote freelance contract.
We strongly prefer candidates who can work during Philippine business hours (GMT+8).

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for the right person.
We're less interested in years of experience than in your ability to learn quickly, run experiments, and turn insights into measurable growth.

About the Opportunity
This position is being advertised by Cimmaroon Photography but will primarily support the growth of our software product, Simplifi Studio.
Simplifi Studio is a SaaS platform developed from years of operating Cimmaroon Photography. It helps service businesses manage leads, bookings, scheduling, operations, and customer workflows.
As our Growth Marketer, you'll work directly with the founder to help grow Simplifi Studio through marketing experiments, customer research, content, and acquisition strategies. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup where your work will have a direct impact on the product's growth and direction.
