The Role: We’re looking for an experienced and driven franchise salesperson with a proven track record of sourcing and converting high-quality leads into business opportunities. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales journey and play a key role in our expansion across DACH/Benelux markets. This role requires someone willing to invest the time and effort needed to build a robust pipeline, manage complex commercial discussions, close deals, and travel as required.
Fluency in German is required.

Proactively build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, industry events and inbound lead management.

Drive expansion within the Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) market by developing commercial partnerships with operators, leisure centres and multi-site operators.

Deliver compelling business opportunity presentations, showcasing the Tribute Brands concepts, educating prospects and guiding them through every stage of the franchise discovery process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Identify potential financial and operational risks within opportunities and advise on funding structures and solutions, working closely with prospects, internal stakeholders and external partners where required.

Coordinate with property brokers and franchise partners to identify and assess suitable real estate opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely pipeline reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Attend trade shows, franchise expos and networking events to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

The Person
The ideal candidate will bring:

A proven track record in franchise sales; experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

A solid network of entrepreneurs, investors and potential business partners.

A strong understanding of business plans, investment decks, commercial evaluation and franchise models (inc contractual terms and disclosure processes).

Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative sales processes.

Confidence discussing financial models and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset and strong time management.

Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in German is required.

Willingness to travel.
