Sculpt detailed characters and props using ZBrush

Develop lighting and rendering setups for asset presentation

Collaborate with 2D concept artists while respecting original designs and character morphology

Contribute ideas and artistic alternatives when needed

Work closely with technical and animation teams to ensure assets fit production pipelines

Optimize assets for real-time engines and in-game integration

What you need to succeed

Strong expertise in high and low poly 3D modeling

Professional experience with 3ds Max, Maya or Blender

Strong ZBrush sculpting and texturing skills

Good understanding of lighting, rendering, and presentation

Understanding of rigging workflows and character construction

Strong artistic fundamentals: anatomy, perspective, volume, composition, lighting

Understanding of stylized art pipelines

Knowledge of Unity, or other real-time engines such as Unreal Engine is a plus

Understanding of game production pipelines is a plus
