About Us:
10x Team connects top freelance professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence. We seek seasoned investment banking analysts, based in the EU or UK, to train AI systems focused on financial modeling, deal structuring, valuation, and transaction analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, and capital markets
Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for transaction execution, financial analysis, and deal assessment
Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your investment banking experience
Generate scenario variations reflecting industry best practices, financial risk assessment, and compliance
Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, and provide clear, actionable feedback
Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply investment banking concepts and methodologies
About You:
Experienced Investment Banking Analyst with a background in M&A, capital markets, and financial modeling
Based in the EU or UK
Skilled in industry-standard financial modeling tools, transaction structuring, and market analysis
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

NOTE
At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:
1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.
2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
Compensation: €120 – €196 per hour
