About the role

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC supplement brands. They are building a world-class supply chain that scales, reduces costs, improves speed, and gives founders back their time. They need a leader who takes full ownership and solves operational challenges before they surface.
Duties are to take end-to-end control of our supply chain and build a system that runs independently—without daily founder involvement. You'll own everything from forecasting and procurement to logistics and 3PL management, with a clear focus on scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory forecasting, stock planning, and procurement.

Manage supplier and factory relationships, with a focus on international (especially China-based) manufacturing partners.

Oversee freight forwarding, customs coordination, and import processes.

Lead 3PL operations and drive logistics performance improvements.

Optimize costs and negotiate payment terms with suppliers and partners.

Manage ERP systems and ensure clean, accurate reporting across all supply chain data.

Design and implement systems that scale seamlessly as the business grows.

What Success Looks Like

Products are always in stock—no stock-outs.

Forecasting is accurate and reliable.

Landed costs trend downward over time.
