About the role

What We're Researching
We're running a paid study to understand how people navigate common digital tasks and questions. Your feedback helps us evaluate clarity, usability, and overall experience across different scenarios. This research directly informs how everyday interfaces are designed and structured.
How It Works
You will participate in a remote session consisting of a few small tasks and a series of questions. We will ask you to navigate specific prompts and provide open feedback on your experience. Throughout the 20-minute session, you will share your thoughts on what works well and what could be improved. You will submit your responses and feedback entirely online.
Who This Is For
We welcome general consumers and everyday internet users who are comfortable sharing their opinions openly. You should be familiar with navigating standard digital interfaces and answering structured questions. We welcome individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and professions.
What You'll Do

Complete a set of small digital tasks independently

Answer structured questions about your experience

Provide open, honest feedback on task clarity and usability

Share your thoughts openly throughout the 20-minute session
