Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (all genders) to join the Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.

What you will do:
Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators.

Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.

Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.

Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.

Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
Who you are:
You bring 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).

Languages: You speak a relevant language to the geography of the role - Arabic at Fluent level

You have a working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.

You naturally build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

You possess strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions.

You are effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.

You have a strong attention to detail, and you often find bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fix them.
