The Role
As our Accounting Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and growing relationships with accounting, fractional CFO, and advisory partners. You’ll help them view Kintsugi as their go-to solution for sales tax compliance—bringing value to their clients and revenue to our business.
This role blends business development, partner management, and strategy. You’ll source new partners, nurture existing ones, and build scalable programs that enable Kintsugi to expand its reach through trusted finance leaders.
What You’ll Do

Source & Close New Partners

Identify and onboard accounting firms, CFO consultants, and advisors to refer clients to Kintsugi.

Run scaled outbound campaigns to build a steady pipeline of new partners.

Stay highly organized, managing a CRM with over 100 named partners, growing by the day

Serve as the face of Kintsugi, keeping partners updated on the product, offerings, and any relevant updates

Manage & Grow Relationships

Serve as the primary contact for partners, keeping them engaged and informed.

Route deals, track referrals, and ensure partners receive agreed-upon rev share.

Develop strategies to increase partner-driven deal flow.

Enable & Activate Partners

Host partner events such as dinners, roundtables, and webinars.

Represent Kintsugi at conferences and industry events.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to create enablement resources that keep partners aligned with Kintsugi’s growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in fintech, accounting, or SaaS.

Strong understanding of CFOs, accounting firms, or financial advisory ecosystems.

Entrepreneurial and highly autonomous—comfortable figuring things out in a fast-paced startup environment.

Organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and relationships.

Strong communicator and relationship builder who can influence senior finance professionals.

Bonus: Experience hosting events or representing a company at conferences.
