What You’ll Be Owning
This is a core strategic leadership role covering technical SEO, modern AEO/GEO architecture, site migration oversight, and team enablement. You aren't just placing keywords; you are architecting a destination content hub, implementing rich schema networks, and capturing conversational AI search intent.
You’ll take the lead on:
Strategic Mentorship & Enablement: Guiding, training, and empowering internal team members (Diane) on content/SEO execution, keyword mapping, and AI-assisted workflows.
AI Search & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO): Structuring brand entities, conversational queries, and rich schema markup so the property dominates traditional search engines and AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
Architecture & Content Hub Strategy: Designing a dual-pillar strategy connecting informational destination hubs directly to high-intent commercial booking engines.
Technical SEO & Migration Oversight: Directing full technical audits, canonical directives, Core Web Vitals, GA4/GTM conversion tracking setups, 301 redirect mappings, and post-launch QA.
Multi-Property Expansion Strategy: Designing scalable web architecture blueprints that can be deployed across future property acquisitions.
Requirements
This Engagement Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Search Architect: You have deep technical mastery over schema markup (Hotel, LocalBusiness, FAQ), site architecture, canonical directives, and Core Web Vitals.
Are Forward-Thinking & AI-Native: You actively optimize for conversational search, generative AI query patterns (GEO/AEO), and AI answer engines.
Are a Proven Mentor & Consultant: You excel at translating complex technical strategies into actionable workflows, SOPs, and training for internal marketing staff.
