The Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. As the company grows, so do the responsibilities of the Finance team, making this an exciting time to join us. In this role, you will contribute to team growth and support our daily accounting and payment processes for LATAM. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimising our processes to enhance efficiency in our daily operations.
What you will do:

Prepare, generate, and process invoices with precision to ensure timely delivery.

Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across various accounts and systems.

Oversee the accuracy of partner legal and financial information within the internal system, ensuring data integrity and validating banking details to ensure seamless payment processing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners in new markets, including Mexico and Colombia, and respond to finance-related inquiries with clear, timely communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues related to invoicing or payments.

Perform internal system analysis to review invoicing data and enhance accuracy in financial reporting and invoicing practices.

Assist with urgent tasks from team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Manage partner credit limits to ensure uninterrupted sales and oversee early prepayment arrangements.

Requirements
Who you are:

You are an experienced finance professional with 6 years of focus on financial operations and payment processing.

You have a foundational understanding of accounting principles, with familiarity in MRFS, NIF and IFRS

You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, skilled in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

You are familiar with SQL and PostgreSQL.

Nice to Have:

You have knowledge of Payment Service Providers.

You have a good understanding of financial controlling processes.

You have experience with ERP systems, such as DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

You are proficient in Business Spanish, which would be a big plus.
