About the role
We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Ethics & Compliance to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
provide legal and compliance advise to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and oversee control systems for legal guidelines and internal policies.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience in Investigations / Regulatory / Compliance work.
Experience with Conflicts of Interests, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, Due Diligence.
Experience in Manufacturing, Tech, or Data Centers.
