We are currently hiring a Motion Designer for a digital insurance company inKSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
Create motion graphics and animated content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging visual storytelling.
Develop dynamic assets for campaigns, social media, and digital products that align with brand identity and tone.
Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and tools to keep the brand’s motion identity fresh and innovative.
Design and animate content for social media, digital ads, and video campaigns.
Create motion graphics for product explainers, event videos, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts.
Edit and enhance video content with smooth transitions, text animations, and visual effects.
Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video outputs.
Optimize animations for multiple formats including web, mobile, and social media.
Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field (required).
Experience & Knowledge:
1–3 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual rhythm.
Experience with animated typography, infographics, and explainer videos.
Knowledge of sound design integration for motion graphics.
Familiarity with Figma or other digital collaboration tools.
Understanding of video formats, compression, and export settings for various platforms.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
