In this fully remote role, you'll work with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, providing personalized insurance solutions while helping families make informed financial decisions.

What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members from our provided lead system.
Understand each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Provide ongoing customer service and claims support.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance standards.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
