Your Responsibilities
As a Virtual Member Success Advisor, you will:
Welcome and onboard new members through a seamless enrollment experience
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
Provide personalized guidance based on each client's unique needs
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Respond promptly to client questions while delivering exceptional service
Build long-term relationships through ongoing communication and support
Manage appointments and maintain accurate digital records
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
