📌 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessment to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity.
Escalate high-risk cases to senior staff.
Assist with customer enhanced due diligence.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all KYC reviews and actions taken.
Collaborate with internal teams (fraud, payments, customer support) to resolve verification issues efficiently.
📌 Requirements:
Previous experience in KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or compliance.
High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
Experience in working with common KYC tools, databases and applications.
