About the role

Beschreibung

Für ein anspruchsvolles Transformationsprojekt in München suchen wir ab September 2026 einen erfahrenen Testmanager SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d). Im Rahmen einer umfassenden HR-Transformation wird SAP SuccessFactors als führendes System für Personaldaten eingeführt und in eine bestehende SAP S/4HANA- sowie SAP-HCM-Landschaft integriert.

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Testaktivitäten und stellen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT und Implementierungspartnern einen erfolgreichen und risikoarmen Go-Live sicher. Dabei erwartet Sie ein spannendes Umfeld mit komplexen HR-Prozessen, zahlreichen Stakeholdern und modernsten SAP-HR-Technologien.

Rahmenbedingungen

Einsatzort: München

Start: 01.09.2026

Laufzeit: Bis 30.11.2026 mit Verlängerungsoption

Auslastung: ca. 65 % (ca. 86 Stunden pro Monat)

Arbeitsmodell: 80 % Remote / 20 % Vor Ort (ca. 1 Tag pro Woche in München)
