Job Summary
Project Manager, Specialty Care Program Support
Artemis seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Specialty Care Program Office (SCPO). SCPO provides national leadership, governance, and oversight for specialty care programs, Centers of Excellence, and clinical service lines across VHA, as well as enterprise initiatives such as the Federal Electronic Health Record, the PACT Act, Access initiatives, and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE). This role will support one to two SCPO workstreams, working closely with workstream sponsors, business leads, and Government leadership to ensure initiatives are executed consistently and in accordance with VA standards and enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities include maintaining risk, issue, decision, and action-item logs; tracking approved scope changes; maintaining organized project files using version control and records management practices; and providing Government customers with timely reporting on status, schedule, risks, issues, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
