M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Director/SME, Integration & Data Management Strategy to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington,DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee the integration and data management strategy for a government-wide Core HCM platform.
Set the architectural direction for how the platform interoperates with the federal HR systems landscape, including the position that data exchange be direct rather than hub-dependent.
Provide authoritative technical judgment on migration approach, data governance, records retention alignment, and downstream data use, including the client-operated Core HCM data.
Advise client and government leadership on integration and migration risk at the program level.
Set standards for API design, documentation, and government API access.
Provide technical authority in governance forums, including Steering Committee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
12+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years of consulting management or related technology experience.
Recognized depth in enterprise integration and data management strategy at government-wide or comparable enterprise scale.
Demonstrated experience setting technical direction on programs of major complexity and visibility.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Federal HRIT or shared-service platform experience.
Prior experience on a government-wide or multi-agency consolidation.
Master's degree.

M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
