Help Customers Get RoadâReady â join the Autopro family as a Sales Assistant!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autopro on a full time basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
Autopro is Australiaâs oldest and largest independent automotive aftermarket parts and accessories retailer.
Autopro stores form a major part of the local community. As local businesses, Autopro stores specialise in their local communities unique needs by adding specialised ranges to their product offers.
What youâll do
Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Qualifications
About you
Youâre hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Youâll also bring:
Strong work ethic and organisational skills
Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
A genuine passion for helping customers.
Basic computer literacy
Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
