About the role
CHEEX is a progressive platform for sexual entertainment and education, where people of all sexual orientations and identities can safely and freely enjoy inspiring content. This is a 12-month mandate: you’ll work directly with our CMO to build new growth engines for CHEEX. Your mission: spot untapped marketing and sales opportunities, turn them into MVPs at speed, and validate what actually works in the market yourself. We’re looking for someone with drive, curiousity, ambitious and wired to think outside the box, who turns rough ideas into experiments and experiments into results. You’ll play an active role in shaping our future growth here.
Tasks
You’ll identify, test, and validate new marketing and sales opportunities to grow our customer base.
You’ll take full operational ownership of strategic initiatives, from shaping and prioritizing them together with our CMO through to evaluating results.
You’ll build new acquisition channels and commercial initiatives from scratch and bring them to market.
You’ll use modern software and AI tools to spin up prototypes (MVPs) fast and cost-effectively, then test them directly in the market.
You confidently use modern AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) to massively speed up research, analysis, automation, and MVP development.
You’ll act as an independent self-starter, taking ideas from 0 to 1 with minimal guidance, validating results, and deciding what's next.
You’ll track performance rigorously across every initiative, using data to decide what to scale, iterate on, or kill fast if needed.
You’ll partner closely with our marketing team and others to design and execute cross-functional campaigns that moves CHEEX forward.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the subscription, SaaS, DTC or consumer tech sectors, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Strong understanding of consumer products, branding and user experience (UX).
Proven track record of successfully launching and validating paid channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Reddit, influencer marketing).
Strong analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organisational skills in managing multiple interfaces, as well as business-level English.
