As a strategy and management consultancy, we work together with industry leaders in the Automotive & Transport, Energy & Environment, and Public & Infrastructure sectors to shape the mobility and energy ecosystem of the future. We work closely with decision-makers at C-level and design complex strategic programs from concept to implementation. We work in a practice-based organization that allows our consultants, starting at Senior Consultant level, to align with a clearly defined area of expertise. This enables you to develop as a consultant with a strong content profile, deepen your knowledge, and build specialization – while remaining part of our interdisciplinary project business. You will apply your expertise across diverse client contexts and continuously expand it.

As a (Senior) Manager – Automotive & Digitalization (f/m/x), you will be part of our Automotive Practice, take on professional responsibility, lead teams, and strategically develop topics. You will identify and develop leads with existing and potential new clients.
Your Responsibilities as (Senior) Manager
Project Management: Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation, considering individual and collective goals.
Expanding accilium’s Service Portfolio: Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing accilium in the market with relevant content.
Presentation & Facilitation: Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops – both internally and externally with clients and at events.
Continuous Development: Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts.
Active Coaching: Support team members’ development through knowledge sharing and creating an environment for rapid professional and career growth.
Trusted Advisor: Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level.
What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly gross salary starting at €7,917 (Manager) / €10,000 (Senior Manager)
Performance bonus of up to €25,000 annually
