About the role
We're building an exclusive Talent Pool of Polish Dubbing AI Adaptors - and we're looking for passionate, skilled professionals who are ready to grow with us.
This isn't just a freelance role. This is your chance to learn a brand new profession, work on high-end productions, and position yourself at the forefront of the media industry's biggest transformation.
You'll work on real film, TV, and digital content projects - gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI dubbing tools and joining a global network of language and media professionals who are shaping the future of localization.
Responsibilities
Oversee the creative and quality elements of dubbing projects from start to finish
Lead casting decisions and ensure the right voices bring every story to life
Drive script adaptation and create compelling creative briefs
Own quality assurance - ensuring every dubbed project meets the highest standards
Work independently across multiple productions with authority and creative excellence
Requirements
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Dubbing direction, adaptation, or performance, Voice acting in the Media & Entertainment industry.
At least 2 years of experience in AI dubbing tools/platform
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
Audio or video editing skills
Strong English communication skills - must
Polish (spoken and written).
